
Q) How often does Doody Busters come out?
A) We offer once-weekly and twice-weekly service. Prices vary and are listed on our price page.
Q) Do you work through the winter?
A) Yes! Dogs keep making their messes all year and Doody Busters continues to remove the waste through
winter. We do not, however, guarantee our regular service schedule. In snow deeper than one inch or during a
winter storm we may skip service. We will catch up on your next regularly scheduled day. In general, you may
receive fewer visits that will be of a much longer duration due to the unpredictable weather of Central Ohio.
Q) Can you work with the dog in the yard?
A) We can work with your dog in the yard as long as they are friendly, however, the process can go much more
quickly without them in the yard.
Q) How do we cancel service?
A) If you need to cancel a visit, please notify us at least 24 hrs before your scheduled day, otherwise you will be
charged for the visit. If you want to cancel service completely, please notify us 7 days in advance. Any portion of
that month’s payment up until service is cancelled would then be refunded.
Q) How do I pay you?
A) Doody Busters will mail you an invoice when payment is due. The first month of a new service must be paid
in advance. We accept personal checks and cash at this time.
Q) What happens when it rains?
A) We generally, but not always, make our service calls despite weather. During severe weather conditions,
downpours, lightening, and tornado warnings for example, we will make up the visit on your next scheduled
day.
Q) What about holidays?
A) We do not work the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Day. Service will resume on your next scheduled visit.
Q) What do you do with the waste?
A) We will remove all waste, that is visible, from your yard and place it in a double plastic bag. We will leave the
bag in your outside trash can or at an agreed upon location. There is an extra fee of $2.00 if you would like us
to take the waste with us.
Q) Should I unlock my gate?
A) Yes, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. We will make sure the gate is closed when we
leave.
Q) Are there any contracts to sign?
A) No. Service can be started and ended by either Doody Busters or you. We do, however, like to come out and
meet you and your dogs either on the initial visit or before hand to make sure the terms of service are explained.
Q) Is there an extra charge for the first time?
A) Yes, depending on how much waste there is to remove, pricing is $40 per 5 gallons.
Q) Is it possible to get one time service?
A) Sure! One time and short time service may easily be arranged. One time cleanings start at $40.00 per 5
gallons.
Q) Is my scooping day ever going to change?
A) We periodically need to move your pick-up day to optimize our use of personnel and growth. We will notify
you at least one week before the change takes effect. We appreciate your understanding about these changes
and we will make every attempt to not change your pick-up day often.
